• Call History contacts are automatically displayed without duplicates, alleviating display clutter.
• While entering a phone number, any associated Contact(s) is displayed, enabling reverse look-up.
• Missed call contacts are displayed, and touching the number will dial it back.
• Copy a displayed phone number to the Clipboard by touching it on the display.
• Paste a phone number from the Clipboard by extended touching on the display.
• Improved display readability.

February 5, 2008:

• The code of the program is completely updated. Microsoft .NET Compact Framework is no longer required for the operation of the program. This allows the program to run faster and saves device memory.
• Enhanced finger management of contacts and the keypad. Slide your finger on the touch-screen to scroll your contact list and change the keypad layout.
• Automatic Redial. If the called party presents a busy signal, the program will automatically continue to dial the called party, and then connect after they are no longer busy.

Ougust 22, 2007:

• Supports USSD (*#) keys/codes.
  No longer necessary to use default phone keypad for these keys.
• Connection alert. Informs you of connection by vibrating, so you don't have to listen for that.
• New language added. German is now available in the choice of languages.
• Minor bug fixes, related to Windows Mobile 2003.

May 14, 2007:

• Quick editing of contacts: press and hold a contact from Smart Dialer to bring up the standard editing menu.
• New feature when editing contacts to link photos and image files. Smart Dialer now displays associated images as a vignette in the main screen (with option available to display or hide).
• Contacts filter added. Option now available to exclude contacts that do not have phone number entries.
• Two search options, either from the beginning of a word or at any starting point.
• Supports 240*240(QVGA) resolution for PDA's with keyboards and square screens.
• Option to switch off device on call completion (to minimise accidental redial).
• Skinnable interface: now buttons can be made transparent and you can choose any background image.
• Multi language: the program supports accented letters of almost all European languages; menu options and text now displays in Russian, English and French according to the base regional settings of the PDA.
